What is Reflexolgy?

Reflexology is a particular massage with the art of applying pressure to the feet using only thumbs and fingers of the therapists' hands to bring balance to the body.

During the treatment the whole of both feet will be massaged to treat the whole body.

An increasing number of people are turning to this very safe and natural therapy as a way to relax, balance and harmonise their bodies.

Reflexology can help a number of conditions from insomnia to arthritis, urinary and bowel problems to depression, rheumatic and sciatic pains to migraine, M.S. and vertigo.

Reflexology helps the body create balance and harmony by working with the body's own natural resources and can;

  • Relieve stress and tension
  • Improve circulation
  • Assists in the removal waste products
  • Removes blockages from the energy pathways
  • Normalises organ and gland function.
  • Promotes the unblocking of nerve impulses
  • Activates the body's own healing ability.

In addition to treating ill health, Reflexology is used to maintain good health.
