Daryl Herbert has been running his Osteopathic clinic in Loughton, Essex now for eleven years and is moving to new premises at High Beech House, 8-10 High Beech Road, Loughton, Essex IG10 4BL. The practice is six minutes’ walk to/from Loughton Underground Station on the Central Line, a large Sainsburys and is opposite to Marks & Spencer & The Ginger Pig on the High Road. High Beech House is a large building with a number of health care practitioners and other therapists already working closely together providing private treatments and support for the local and surrounding community. Daryl hopes to add his osteopathy and caring attitude to the team of therapists all working harmoniously together.

Daryl will be using a room on the first floor which is modern and bright with easy access via a small gentle stairway. Daryl’s 33 years of clinical and practical experience will ensure a professional and knowledgeable service to High Beech House and Loughton. Daryl’s first practice in Chingford and his international lecturing and teaching experience will provide high standards, competency and ensuring that patients are treated with gentleness, kindness, a strong ethical code and with efficiency and effectiveness. Daryl's teaching of spinal manipulation techniques will mean that his patients are treated with the most up to date and safest types of manipulation. Daryl practices general Osteopathy, but is happy to treat children and babies, pregnant mothers, sports men and women, furthermore he uses a wide range of therapeutic osteopathic approaches in his treatment. In addition, Daryl is registered with the General Osteopathic Council, the governing body for osteopaths and the Institute of Osteopaths, their association.

Outside of the practice there are two car parks, one to the side of the practice building, the other just opposite across High Beech Road, where you can park for 30 mins for 20p or 60 mins for 90p. It is possible to pay using your smart phone via the mipermit app, or by calling the appropriate number on the sign or it is also still possible to use cash and card, otherwise the local Sainsburys is a short two-minute walk away and Marks & Spencer is just across the road opposite.

Located in Loughton, the clinic is easily accessible from Buckhurst Hill, Chigwell, Epping, Ongar, Theydon Bois, Woodford.

Getting to us

By Underground

Take Central Line Eastbound to "Loughton", then walk out of the station on the right hand side, walking past the bus stops, continuing to the first corner. Cross over the first and second roads on the right (Alderton Hill & Station Road) continue along passing the medical centre, the fire station and finally reaching the restaurant on the right at the end. Turn a half right making for the traffic lights and cross over the high road turning right. At the end of this parade is the Palace Fish Bar turn a half left onto High Beech Road, passing Forest Hall and then High Beech Car Park on the left and High Beech House is immediately following this.

By Car

Via M25, come off at junction 26, slip road to roundabout, take third exit go under the M25 and then take first available exit left to Loughton. Follow this road all the way to its end and the 'Miller & Carter Restaurant/City Limits' roundabout and then take the third exit to Loughton. This road will eventually go downhill to a double mini roundabout, go straight over both, continuing up a short hill (speed camera almost at top) and then follow the road down to the start of the main shopping area of Loughton High Street. After the 4th set of traffic lights (the 1st , 3rd & 4th sets of lights are pedestrian crossings) continue along to the third turning on the right which is High Beech Road (Marks & Spencer & The Ginger Pig are on the left opposite) turn right and High Beech House is just after the car park on the left. There is an additional car park on the right. You can also park in the local Sainsburys on Old Station Road, or Marks & Spencer.

Via North Circular, come to the Water Works Roundabout from the West, at end of slip road take first exit to Woodford, from the East, at end of slip road take third exit to Woodford and continue along past 1st set of traffic lights continue to roundabout, go straight crossing straight over next 3 sets of traffic lights. Continue further along Woodford High Road. At next set of lights go straight over, Bancroft's School on left, stay in right hand lane and filter right just past school. Follow this road to Loughton, crossing over two mini roundabouts and along road, eventually downhill into Loughton (speed camera on left just as coming to residential part). At the first mini roundabout go over, though the set of traffic lefts and take the first left which is High Beech Road, High Beech House is just after the car park on the left. There is an additional car park on the right. You can also park in the local Sainsburys on Old Station Road or Marks & Spencer.
