Lucia graduated from the British School of Osteopathy with a Masters of Osteopathy degree in 2013. Previous to joining the BSO, she achieved a BSc (hons) degree in Biomedical Science at the University of Kent at Canterbury. Lucia has always expressed a keen interest within the healthcare profession and ultimately decided to pursue her career as an osteopath. She treats people of all ages for a wide range of problems including sports injuries, work related injuries and has a keen interest in cranial osteopathy. Lucia's treatment is adaptable and dynamic to treat and improve all areas using a variation of soft tissue, connective tissue release, muscle energy techniques, articulation and manipulation of joints to enhance flexibility and mobility.

These sets of instructional videos have been produced in order to provide a visual and audible description of Osteopathic Minimal (short) Lever Mid Range Manipulation Techniques for osteopaths, physiotherapists, manual therapists, at mid to senior student level, graduates and post graduates. Techniques demonstrated look at the basic spinal regions, the spinal junctions, the sacro-iliac joints, ribs and the lower and upper extremity joints.
